UCLG-MEWA EXECUTIVE BUREAU AND COUNCIL JOINT MEETING GATHERS IN AMMAN 10.09.2014

United Cities and Local Governments Middle East and West Asia Section (UCLG-MEWA) will hold its Executive Bureau and Council Joint Meeting in Amman (Jordan) on 22-23 October 2014, hosted by Greater Amman Municipality.

There will a thematic working session, titled “Smart Cities Practices in Local Governments” on the occasion of the aforementioned meeting. We kindly ask our members who would like to contribute/make a presentation in this session, to inform us by 22 September 2014, the latest, and send their presentations to the UCLG-MEWA Secretariat General by 10 October, 2014, the latest

We hope to have you with us at the Executive Bureau and Council Joint Meeting, which we believe will serve UCLG-MEWA, which aims at increasing the role of local governments in solving our regional problems, in establishing new cooperation initiatives.
