Constitution

In line with the Constitution of the UCLG World Organization adopted during the Founding Congress held in Paris-France in 2004, the Constitution of UCLG-MEWA – United Cities and Local Governments, Middle East and West Asia section (as a continuation of IULA-EMME – International Union of Local Authorities, Eastern Mediterranean and Middle East section) was adopted during its Founding Congress, held on 5 May 2004 in conjunction with the UCLG Congress.
