Visit to Kadikoy Municipality 31.07.2012

Mehmet DUMAN, UCLG-MEWA Secretary General, visited Kadikoy Municipality in Istanbul, Turkey, and invited the Mayor Mr. Selami ÖZTÜRK to support the UCLG-MEWA activities and attend UCLG-MEWA congress on 11-13 July 2013 in Bagdad, Irak. We are deeply thankful to Mr. Selami ÖZTÜRK for the welcoming he gave to UCLG-MEWA Secretary General and the interest he showed to our activities. He paid a special attention to WALD program “Interactive” which aims to enforce communication skills of municipal officers and also the Guangzhou International Award for Urban Innovation which rewards innovative projects of municipalities.
