UCLG-MEWA VISITED SETA THINK TANK 9.01.2015

On 8 January 2015 a delegation from UCLG-MEWA composed of İhsan İKİZER, UCLG-MEWA General Coordinator, Adrien LICHA, Project Coordinator, Alper ÇEKER, Public Relations and Press Coordinator, and Sümeyye SARAL, Project Officer visited SETA which is a think-tank organization. At the meeting cultural policies of local governments and governance were discussed and beneficial exchanges were made with Hicran Hamza ÇELİKYAY, and Faruk YASLIÇİMEN, specialists from SETA. The cooperation between UCLG-MEWA and SETA which continues a while is expected to give its first fruits in the coming days and shared projects on culture and governance will flourish in a short time.
