UCLG-MEWA Secretary General Visits Consul General of Iran 14.01.2014

Mehmet DUMAN, UCLG-MEWA Secretary General, accompanied by Dr. İhsan İKİZER, UCLG-MEWA General Coordinator visited  Mr. Mohsen MORTEZAIFAR, Consul General of Islamic Republic of Iran on 08^th of January, 2014, in his office. A briefing on the UCLG-MEWA activities and the Executive Bureau and Council Joint Meeting held in Konya, Turkey, on 19^th-20^th of December, 2013 was presented to Mr. Consul General, during the visit. Besides, letters inviting the prominent cities of Iran to become members of UCLG-MEWA was presented to Mr. Consul General.  Mutual wishes were made that the cooperation between Iranian municipalities and UCLG-MEWA increased.
