UCLG-MEWA GENERAL SECRETARY MEHMET DUMAN MADE A SPEECH AT THE OPENING CEREMONY OF THE UYEM AFGHANISTAN PROGRAM

Till 2008, Union of Turkish World Municipalities is organizing a program named as The International Local Goverments Training Centre. Every year bureaucrats of a country are invited to this program. This year bureaucrats of Afghanistan will be training.

On 18th November 2013 at the opening ceremony, UCLG-MEWA General Secretary Mehmet DUMAN made a speech. He gave information about UCLG-MEWA, noted the importance of Afghanistan as a regional country and finally  said that he was honoured to be there.
