OFFICIAL VISITS BY UCLG PRESIDENT KADİR TOPBAŞ IN THE CITY OF YAKUTSK

Kadir Topbaş, President of UCLG and Mayor of Istanbul met with Ilsur Metshin, Mayor of Kazan, Tataristan, the city which was selected the 2013 Turkish World Capital of Culture; and Aysen Nikolaev, Mayor of Yakutsk, Sakha Republic. City of Yakutsk hosted the meeting, titled “Cities and Peoples: Urban Initiatives-Reciprocal Trust Formula”, within the framework of the event.
