LOCAL GOVERNMENTS TALKS

We, as United Cities and Local Governments Middle East and West Asia Section (UCLG-MEWA), are aiming at bringing local government actors and academicians together, through the “Local Government Talks” that we organize.

Our 5th Talk, in which Assoc. Prof. Dr. Barış Karapınar from Boğaziçi University, Department of Economy will participate as the speaker, will be  held under the title of “Intergovernmental Climate Change Panel Fifth Evaluation Report: Effects of Climate Changes on Cities, Vulnerabilities and Harmony”.
