IWE ISTANBUL WATER EXPO TRADE EVENT ON WATER AND WASTEWATER SOLUTIONS AND TECHNOLOGIES 12.02.2015

Organized by the world’s one of the leading trade fair organiser ITE Group Plc’s Turkey office EUF, IWE Istanbul Water Expo will be held from 03 – 05 September 2015 at Istanbul Expo Center with the support of Republic of Turkey Ministry of Forestry and Water Affairs, General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works, Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality and Istanbul Water and Sewerage Administration. IWE Istanbul Water Expo will bring together a comprehensive range of the latest technologies and developments in sustainable utilization of water resources, water saving, wastewater treatment and reuse of water on the same platform.

Turkey is rapidly emerging as a high-growth market for many businesses. In 2014, Turkey was ranked the 24th most attractive foreign direct investment (FDI) destination. Turkey is projected to be the 9th largest economy in the world by 2050. According to EU Integrated Environmental Approximation Strategy for Turkey (2007-23) and as one of the largest markets of the world for water and wastewater solutions, Turkey’s environmental investment exceeds EUR 58.5 Billion where an estimated 33.9 bn Euro will be invested until 2023 for the new and rehabilitation projects.

 

Turkey enjoys strong historical, cultural and economic ties with the neighbouring countries of Eastern Europe, the Balkans, the CIS, the Middle East, Central Asia and Africa. IWE Istanbul Water Expo will be a great opportunity to expand into surrounding countries through Turkey as a hub.
