Interactive Meeting with Civil Society in Advance of the High-level Stock-taking Event on the Post-2015 Development Agenda 14.08.2014

Dear UCLG-MEWA Member, 

The "Interactive Meeting with Civil Society in Advance of the High-level Stock-taking Event on the Post-2015 Development Agenda" will take place on 10 September from 1:15-2:30 pm at UN Headquarters in New York.

The meeting will include an introduction to the PGA's 11-12 September High-level Stocktaking Event (see concept note here), followed by an interactive discussion.

There are 6 speaking slots to be shared among 25 constituencies and that will be allocated regionally (Africa, Arab States, Asia, Europe/North America, Latin America, Small Island Developing States) 

Each representative will deliver remarks of 3-4 minutes in length to open the discussion period of the event.

Please note that no funds are available to support speakers and that the selection process is led by the office of the PGA's.
