Florence letter of invitation 27.04.2012

 On behalf of United Cities and Local Governments Middle East and West Asia Section (UCLG-MEWA), I am pleased to invite you to the World Council meeting of United Cities and Local Governments (UCLG) that will be held from 9 to 11 December in Florence (Italy).

The meetings will be held at the kind invitation of Mr. Matteo Renzi, Mayor of Florence. Draft agendas will be sent shortly. You can expect background documents by the end of November.    

Citizens of some countries are required to get a Schengen visa to enter Italy. Please approach the World Secretariat to receive a personalized invitation, should you requier one to faciliate the visa application process.
