COURTESY VISIT TO UCLG PRESIDENT DR. KADIR TOPBAŞ FROM GOVERNOR OF PLOVDIV, BULGARIA 25.06.2014

Vencisiav KAYMAKAMOV, Governor of Plovdiv, Bulgaria, was in Istanbul for a courtesy visit to Dr. Kadir Topbaş, UCLG President and the Mayor of Istanbul . In the visit, where UCLG-MEWA Secretary General Mehmet DUMAN was present as well, President Kadir Topbaş stated that they are ready to share knowledge and experience with the sister city Plovdiv .

Governor Vencisiav  KAYMAKAMOV, who that stated that he is in Istanbul in order to meet with the businessmen and  with the high level government officials to improve tourism in Plovdiv, demanded support from Dr. Kadir Topbaş. Kadir Topbaş took the guest delegation to the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Sütlüce Investment and Promotion Center and providedinformation about Istanbul.
