Dear Members and Partners of the Committee on Development Cooperation and City Diplomacy,

We have the pleasure to invite you to the next meeting of the Development Cooperation and City Diplomacy (DCCD) Committee which will take place in Rabat on October 1st (from 11:00 to 12:30) within the framework of the 4^th UCLG World Summit meetings.

Please find enclosed :

• The invitation letter of both Co-presidents;
• The Agenda of the meeting;
• The Report of the DCCD Committee : summary 2011-2013 and work plan 2013-2016;
• The Global Peace Prize for Local Governments: Proposals for process and criteria;
• The feasibility of a disaster preparedness and response facility
• Parallel session on “Strengthening Decentralized Development Cooperation in a post-2015 setting”

The meeting will be held in the Sofitel hotel.
