Dear members and friends,

The Local Finances and Development Committee and the Decentralisation and Local Self-Government Committee are pleased to invite you to the joint meeting, which will be held the 1 October 2013, from 11:00, at the Sofitel Hotel, room Royale 1,  in framework of the IV World Congress of UCLG in Rabat, Morocco. 

The meeting aims to make an assessment of activities carried out during these years, both the Local Finances and Development Committee and the Decentralisation and Local Self-Government Committee, to present the new working plan initiatives, and to discuss the situation and opportunities concerning self-government and local governance.
